I went into 'The Wackness' not really knowing what it was about or what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by it's witty edge and original storyline. The film really captures the feel of New York in the summer of '94 and so it's ideal for both those who would remeber what has been named "the greatest year in hip hop history" and those who might not. A great soundtrack provides the backdrop for a darkly funny drama with genuine heart at it's core - a must see.
